At RILMONT, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rilmont.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return instructions. Once your return has been shipped, please share the tracking number with us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including gift cards, final sale items, customized or made-to-order products, and items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at support@rilmont.com.
